Carl Schlenk A G and Dr.S.Krishnaswamy, the then Vice Chancellor, Madurai Kamaraj University.The College is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University from Chenni with Permanent Affiliation for 14 out of 16 Programmes. All the seven UG Programmes and 4 PG Programmes are accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi under Tier I Category. Also our College is accredited with A Grade for a period of 5 years from 03-03-2015 by NAAC, Bangalore. Our college has been granted Autonomous Status by UGC, New Delhi & Anna University, Chennai from the academic year 2013-14 and Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) in true sense, Fast Track Scheme to undertake internship cum project during 8th semester, special courses by industry / Academic experts from India and abroad are introduced.
