🏫 ABOUT INSTITUTION
Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, felt the need to set up a national institute devoted exclusively for Information Technology (IT), Design & Manufacturing (D & M). It was envisaged that such an academic institute would promote excellence in the desired areas of specialization and would facilitate and promote the competitive advantage of Indian products and manufacturing in global markets. Further, the new Institute would serve as an inter-disciplinary institution for education and research by keeping the concept of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in mind. The India Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur was thus established in January 2005. Strong industry interface and close cooperation with other academic and research institutions are the key features of this Institute. IIITDM Jabalpur was established to foster the research and development activities in the areas of: IT enabled design and manufacturing, and Design of IT systems to meet the growing demands of the Indian industries. An Institute Innovation Council (IIC) has been established at IITDM Jabalpur as per the norms and directives of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Innovation Cell (MIC). 🎯 TITLE OF THE PROJECT
I. Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Funding Agency: DST-SERB Stipend: Rs. 31,000 per month consolidated.
Project Title: “Development of Li doped ZnO based electrolyte for low-temperature solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC)”.
II. Post: Research Student/ Project Associate – I No. of Post: 01
Funding Agency: UGC DAE CSR Stipend: Rs. 14,000/ Rs. 31,000 (as applicable)
Project Title: “Interface Investigation of β-(AlxGa1-x)2O3/Ga2O3 Heterojunctions for High Electron Mobility Transistor Applications”.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential Qualifications: ME/M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science/VLSI or any other domain related to the project. Valid GATE Score is mandatory. UGC NET JRF applicants may also apply.
• Desirables: Candidates having hands-on experience of working in micro or nano fabrication laboratory and knowledge of simulation and modelling tools such as MATLAB will be given preference.
