Scholars/Academicians, Regular employees of Central/State Universities, with a maximum age limit of 67 years, having doctoral degree from a recognized Institution affiliated by UGC, with at least 8 years of teaching experience at Graduate/post Graduate level in a recognized University or national level institute, are eligible to apply. The candidates should have adequate knowledge of English language as well as experience of delivering talks/orientation on History, Tradition, Art and Culture of India
