Indian Institute of Information Technology, Tiruchirappalli is an Institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and one among the 20 IIIT’s proposed under the non-profit Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Model by MHRD. IIITT is an academic and research institute fully funded by Government of India, State Government of Tamil Nadu and Industry Partners in the ratio of 50:35:15. This institute presently offers two UG programs in ECE and CSE. The Institute is located at Tiruchirappalli (Oxford Engineering College campus) Tamil Nadu and construction of state of art campus is under progress. IIIT-Tiruchirappalli invites application for the posts mentioned below on deputation basis.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
First class in both U.G and P.G. level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA) from a recognized University /Institute. U.G., P.G. and Ph.D. degrees should be in the appropriate disciplines of CSE and ECE respectively.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
a) For those with Ph.D.-Rs.40,000/- per month
b) For those with M.E/M.Tech. or equivalent.-Rs.30,000/- per month

Candidate attending the Walk-in-Interview shall bring the following documents in
original along with a set of self – attested copies:
a) 10th / Matriculation/ SSLC Mark sheet.
b) +2/ HSC Mark Sheet
c) All semester mark sheets of UG and PG Degrees.
d) Degree Certificate
e) Experience Certificate (if any)
f) Testimonials / Certificate with reference to other qualification/ Experience.
g) Photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, Driving license, Passport, PAN card or any Government issued proof with address).
h) Reprints of the research papers and proof for books/chapters publication.
i) Certificate- Awards, Sports, GATE, University ranks, etc
