Aptitude Trainer
Qualification: Ph.D / Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Science, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience: 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
☛ Handle Classes on Numerical abilities, logical reasoning and data interpretation for different national competitive screening tests (Include Problem Solving, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Puzzles and Other Non-Verbal Reasoning) for our students.
☛ A passionate commitment to ones discipline and the ability to transfer this enthusiasm to ones student
☛ A willingness to unlearn and re-learn
☛ Faith and commitment to an interdisciplinary approach to learning and teaching
Soft Skills and Communication Trainer
Qualification: Ph.D / Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of English / Psychology / Certified NLP Trainer.
Experience: 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
☛ Training Need Identification and Analysis; customization of Training Methodology
☛ Preparation of Monthly Training Calendar
☛ Groom the students and enhance their physical appearances to emanate confidence and business professionalism; prepare them for professional interviews and other meetings.
Skills required and impart to Students:
☛ Learning skills (the four C’s) – Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration & Communication
☛ Literacy skills (IMT) – Information literacy, Media literacy & Technology literacy
☛ Life skills (FLIPS) – Flexibility, Leadership, Initiative, Productivity & Social skills
