MITS, originated under the auspices of Ratakonda Ranga Reddy Educational Academy under the proactive leadership of Late Sri. N. Krishna Kumar M.S. (U.S.A), the then President and Dr. N. Vijaya Bhaskar Choudary, Ph.D., Secretary & Correspondent of the Academy.

Salary : As per the revised AICTE VII Pay Scale at a minimum of Rs. 7.5 Lakhs Per Annum
Assistant Professor-2
Qualification M.E./M.Tech. in appropriate discipline from a reputed university (with 1st div. at M.Tech. / M E. & B.Tech. / B E.)
Experience : 5 years post M.E/M.Tech experience in Academics / Research / Industry.
Salary As per the revised AICTE VII Pay Scale at a minimum of Rs. 9 Lakhs. Per Annum.
Assistant Professor-3
Qualification : M.E./M.Tech. in appropriate discipline from a reputed university (with 1st div. at M.Tech. / M.E. & B.Tech. / B.E.)
Experience : 10+ years post M.E./M.Tech experience in Academics / Research / Industry. Salary : As per the revised AICTE VII Pay Scale at a minimum of Rs. 10 Lakhs, Per Annum.
Senior Assistant Professor
Qualification : Ph.D. in appropriate discipline from reputed University (with 1st Class at B.E. / B.Tech. & M E. / M.Tech.)
Salary : As per the revised AICTE VII Pay Scale at Rs. 15 Lakhs, Per Annum.
Associate Professor
Qualification Ph D. in appropriate discipline from a reputed university (with 1st div. at M.Tech. / M.E. & B.Tech. / B.E.)
Experience : 6 years post Ph D. experience in Academics / Research / Industry.
Salary : As per the AICTE VII Pay Scale at a minimum of Rs. 18 Lakhs, Per Annum.
Higher pay for deserving applicants.
Professor
Qualification : Ph D. in appropriate discipline from a reputed university (with 1st div. at M.Tech. /M.E. & B.Tech./B E.)
Experience : 10 years post Ph.D. experience in Academics / Research / Industry.
