🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
☛ Minimum 5 yrs of proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
☛ Familiarity with project management
☛ Knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS)
☛ Create templates for document control and retrieval for department use.
☛ Undertake document classification, sorting, filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents in accordance with the document indexing and filing system
☛ Copy, scan and File documents in physical and digital records
☛ Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
☛ Administer the collection, authorizing, publication and storage of documents
☛ Ensure access of electronic content to end users.
☛ Assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content.
☛ Implement electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration with other information technology specialists.
☛ Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents.
☛ Develop or configure document management system features, such as user interfaces, access profiles, and document workflow procedures.
☛ Prioritize, channelize, and facilitate communication from other units
☛ Perform ad hoc projects/duties as assigned.
☛ Ensuring organization and management of documents submitted to Ministry of Education
☛ Ensuring organization and management of documents submitted to International accreditation bodies, international ranking and rating agencies
☛ Effectively design, maintain and update document indexing and filing system
☛ Ensure protection, security and confidentiality of all files, records, reports, sensitive information, and terms of agreement
☛ Adhere to the information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly
☛ Maintain confidentiality around.
☛ Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
Quality Assurance Officer
☛ A Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline that is able to incorporate Business Intelligence in Quality Improvement System.
☛ A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
☛ Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in quality assurance in higher education industry.
☛ Fluent in written English and oral skills, with the ability to give and receive information effectively using a variety of methods (including report writing).
☛ Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
☛ Ability to work under pressure with high standards of professionalism to manage simultaneous activities & complete work streams accurately and with attention to detail.
☛ Hands on experience with data analysis, use of statistical software, and demonstrated ability to integrate technology in the workplace.

☛ This job profile aims at carrying out management and administration of the Library Services efficiently. It ensures Oversees activities and monitors quality assurance procedures at University level.
☛ Assist in the correct application of University regulations, policies and procedures in relation to quality assurance and accreditation within institutional units.
☛ Working closely with the Director of Institutional Research Quality Assurance Outreach and Accreditation to ensure institutional compliance with governing frameworks.
☛ Manage delivery of QA procedure and regulations, producing evidence at a local level to mitigate institutional compliance risks.
☛ Support quality assurance related tasks including institutional quality auditing, program development and validation, programs / course reviews and modification, academic policy and procedure management.
☛ Assist in staff/faculty/student surveys and services analysis and evaluations.
☛ Actively and closely working with academic units to ensure all academic settings are in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and other international accreditation and professional bodies.
☛ Assists with Institutional Research and Accreditation data and information requirements in support of the activities of the Planning and the evaluation of Institutional Effectiveness Perform ad hoc projects/duties as assigned.
☛ Ensure all units compliance to Quality Assurance procedures
☛ Provide essential support in implementation of the quality assurance procedures across all units
☛ Assist in ensuring the institutional compliance to Governing framework
☛ Mitigation of risks related to institutional compliance
☛ Analysis and review of feedback and survey data
☛ Assist in the Planning and the evaluation of Institutional Effectiveness.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Documentation Controller Pay Scale: 4000 To 5000 AED per month + Free transportation + Visa + Air tickets
Medical Insurance +Annual Leave.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Quality Assurance Officer Pay Scale: 5000 To 8,000 AED per month + Free transportation + Visa + Air tickets + Medical Insurance +Annual Leave.
