RN SHETTY DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP 2024
Applications are invited for Admission to Full time Ph.D. program in the following VTU recognized Research centers of RNSIT.
Eligibility: Candidates with a VTU-ETR valid score OR candidates qualified in the UGC-NET /UGC-CSIR NET/SLET/GATE/CAT or other similar national tests and having qualifying percentile/percentage scores.

The filled application along with supporting documents to be sent to: The Principal, RNSIT, Channasandra, RR Nagar Bengaluru-560098, Karnataka. The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for Full time Ph.D. admission 2024”. The online fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) is to be paid through the payment gateway at the time of filling out the online application.

Fellowship: To encourage the endowed, enthusiastic, dedicated and result-oriented Researchers to take up indigenous Research and create a talent pool. RNSIT, Bengaluru has instituted “RN Shetty Doctoral Fellowship (RNSDF)’ to full-time Research Scholars leading to the Ph.D. degree from VTU. Belagavi.
1. Fellowship of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five thousand) per month will be awarded for a period of 3 years. Fellowship renewal is based on the recommendation of the Doctoral Committee every year.
2. Researchers who are receiving financial assistance from any organization or who are under Quality Improvement Program (QIP)/ Faculty Improvement Program (FIP) and receiving regular salary are not eligible for the RN Shetty Doctoral Fellowship.
