🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Professor / Associate Professor
Qualification: Ph.D., Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Management, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
☛ Associate Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
☛ Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor
Candidate Profile:
☛ Developing curriculum, teaching courses, and providing academic counseling to students
☛ Participating in academic activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and symposiums to share research findings with peers and colleagues
☛ Preparing lectures and course materials such as syllabi, lecture notes, and reading lists
☛ Teaching graduate level classes in areas such as investments, financial markets, corporate finance, risk management, accounting, and taxation
☛ Good communication skills
☛ Good teaching experience in PGDM /MBA
Manager – International Programs
End to end management and execution of all the Global and International Programs
☛ Report to MD for strategic matters and to director for operational matters
☛ Responsible for creation and execution of Academic Planner for
International/Global batch
☛ Create and manage the international mentorship program
☛ Work closely with international office for execution of the planner
☛ Preparing the students for international exchange /immersion /placements
through training and other ways
☛ Coordinate with the other departments when needed especially the General
Academics, placements, and Internship
☛ Creation of International brochure in coordination with other departments
☛ Responsible towards internships and placement of international students
☛ Managing international Guest faculty series, industry guest lectures international lectures etc.,
☛ Responsible towards academic mapping of courses with international partners
☛ Bring in best international practices to the Institution
☛ Smoothly navigate the teaching and administrative role
☛ Design and execute immersion programs
☛ Create international opportunities including and not limited to partnerships – Minimum 1 per year
☛ Planning and execution of international conference – Minimum 1 per year
☛ Creation of SOP’s for all practices at ISBR with respect to international programs
☛ Development of Budget for the program
☛ Publishing papers as per international standards
☛ Trimester wise Academic Audit for International batch
HOD – Marketing
☛ Departmental Activity planning
☛ Estimating workload of the department
☛ Identifying faculty and faculty course allotments
☛ Briefing faculty on the trimester
☛ Monitoring and supervising the faculty of the respective departments
☛ Establishing Industry interface which includes 3 guest lectures per faculty in one trimester, workshops, Certificate courses, Industry visits
☛ Co-ordinating with placement department, conducting orientation of JDs to students and working towards sharpening domain skills of the students.
☛ Departmental Club activities are driven by respective departments
☛ Submission of trimester reports
☛ Submission of Lesson plan, CO-PO mapping and Updation of attendance and marks in ERP
☛ Internal assessment consolidation has to be done at the HOD level
☛ Publishing research papers with students at departmental level
☛ Work towards Industry and International connects.
