K.K University is seeking a talented Executive Secretary to Pro Vice- Chancellor who provides comprehensive support by managing communications, schedules, and special projects. They coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Key Responsibility
☛ Working knowledge of Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Powerpoint
☛ Good typing speed and accuracy
☛ Good knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
☛ Ability to keep confidentiality in departmental activities
☛ Good Hindi and English language written and conversational skills
Minimum Qualifications
☛ Any Bachelor’s degree [ B.A (H) in English is preferable]
☛ Certificate/Diploma in Computer Software is desirable
☛ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
