🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Director – Accreditation:
Experience in leading NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and UGC documentation; successful accreditation cycle experience is mandatory.
Principal – Polytechnic Wing:
Ph.D./Master’s in Engineering with prior Principal-level experience in Polytechnic; strong leadership and administrative abilities.
HoD – Engineering:
Ph.D. with strong academic and research credentials, proven leadership in departmental administration; publication and accreditation exposure preferred.
HoD – Science & Humanities:
Senior academician with at least 5 years’ experience as Principal in Arts & Science College; must lead interdisciplinary and first-year academic programs.
