🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualification: Postgraduate and Ph.D. in relevant field with first class in all degrees.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in offline/online mode. Should have strong background in training, research, and consultancy.

Other Requirements:

• Passion for teaching and mentoring distance learners
• Experience in self-learning material creation and instructional design
• Proven ability in industry collaboration, MDPs, and corporate training

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic and corporate experience to carry out teaching, research and MDPs in various functional areas of management.
• Proven track record in training, research and consultancy-related work.
• Knowledge pertaining to instructional design, student interaction, etc., in the Open and Distance Learning system.
