- Electrical Engineering: Electric Vehicle, RFIC Design, CMOS Analog IC Design, RF & Microwave Passive Component Design

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential (both Grades): Ph.D. in the appropriate branch/discipline with First Class in the preceding degree and a very good academic record. For CSE/EE posts, the candidate must hold a B.Tech in CSE (or related: IT/CS) and EE (or related: EC/EI) respectively.
- Assistant Professor Grade–I: Minimum 3 years post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research/industry (excluding Ph.D. period).
- Assistant Professor Grade–II: Less than 3 years post-Ph.D. experience (Fresh Ph.D., Ph.D.+1 year, Ph.D.+2 years).
- Age (preferred): Below 35 years for Assistant Professor.
- Reservation: As per MoE/GoI norms for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwD; valid certificates required.
🏆 SALARY / PAY STRUCTURE (7th CPC) ₹
- Assistant Professor Grade–I: Level 12, Cell 1 (Starting Basic Pay ₹1,01,500)
- Assistant Professor Grade–II: Level 10/11 (Starting Basic Pay ₹84,700 / ₹89,900 / ₹92,600 as applicable)
