A) Faculty of Engineering & Technology
- Department of Civil Engineering — Two (02) Guest Faculty
- Department of Mechanical Engineering — One (01) Guest Faculty; One (01) Guest Faculty (SFS) for B.Tech Self-Finance Programme
Essential Qualification (for A1–A2): B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
B) Faculty of Life Sciences
- Centre for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences — One (01) Guest Faculty (SFS) to teach MPT Cardiopulmonary/Neurology under Self-Financing Scheme
Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/B.P.Th./B.Sc. PT.) and Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT/M.P.Th./M.Sc. PT) in Orthopedics/Neurology with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade (as per point scale) from a recognized University.
C) Faculty of Social Sciences
- Department of Economics — One (01) Guest Faculty for Computer Science (SFS)
Specialization: MCA/M.Tech (Computer Science) - Centre for Culture, Media & Governance — One (01) Guest Faculty
Essential: i) Qualified UGC-NET in Social Sciences; AND ii) M.A. in Media/Communication/Journalism/Media Governance and/or allied subjects recognized by UGC; OR iii) M.A. in Social Sciences with specialization evidenced by published work in Media/Communication/Journalism.
Desirable ability to teach: (i) Intellectual History of Media & Communication, (ii) Media, Culture & Society in Asia, (iii) Information, Governance & Policy.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS (GENERAL)
- Qualifications/experience as per UGC/University norms; minimum qualifications do not guarantee interview—shortlisting will be as per University rules.
- Separate application must be submitted for each post.
- Engagement will be effective from the date of taking classes (not before the date of Local Selection Committee) for the Academic Session 2025–26 or until vacancy exists/further orders.
- The University may terminate services of Guest Faculty with one month’s prior notice.
- Relaxation applicable as per UGC/other regulatory guidelines.
🏆 SALARY / HONORARIUM ₹
₹50,000/- per month (Guest Faculty under Regular/Self-Finance programme) with the condition of sharing equal workload as assigned by the Asstt. Professor (Contractual).
