🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Professor (USD 30,000–45,000 per annum): Ph.D./Postdoctoral, outstanding academic record, 3–7 years’ teaching experience as Associate Professor, 10+ publications, experience guiding doctoral research.
Associate Professor (USD 20,000–35,000 per annum): Ph.D./Postdoctoral, 3–5 years’ teaching/research, 8+ publications, experience guiding doctoral research.
Assistant Professor (USD 15,000–25,000 per annum): Master’s degree (60%+), Ph.D./Postdoctoral, 3–5 publications in reputed journals.
Librarian (USD 27,000–40,000 per annum): Master’s in Library Science (55%+), M.Phil/Ph.D. preferred, 10+ years’ experience, strong knowledge in digital library systems (DSpace, Koha, etc.).
