🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Associate Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with a minimum of 8 years teaching/research experience and 7 publications as per UGC 2018 Regulations. Age not above 60 years as on 01.01.2025.
Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with 55% and NET/SET/Ph.D. as per UGC norms. Age not above 50 years as on 01.01.2025 (with relaxations as per rules).

As per UGC norms:
- Associate Professor: Academic Level 13A – ₹1,31,400/- (Entry Pay)
- Assistant Professor: Academic Level 10 – ₹57,700/- (Entry Pay)
