🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with an excellent academic record and strong research output (Q1 journals, A* conferences, patents, laboratory/course development, etc.).
Experience Requirements:
- Assistant Professor Grade-II: Less than 3 years post-PhD experience.
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: Minimum 3 years of post-PhD experience.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years post-PhD, including 3 years as Assistant Professor.
- Professor: Minimum 10 years post-PhD, with 4 years as Associate Professor in IITs/IISc/IISERs/IIMs or equivalent foreign universities.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE
As per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix:
- Assistant Professor Grade-II: ₹98,200 (Level 10)
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: ₹1,01,500 (Level 12)
- Associate Professor: ₹1,39,600 (Level 13A2)
- Professor: ₹1,59,100 (Level 14A)
Additional benefits include CPDA (₹3 lakhs/3 years), seed grant up to ₹35 lakhs, health services, relocation support up to ₹1.5 lakhs, and travel support.
