🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate discipline, with an excellent academic record throughout.
Assistant Professor (Grade-II): Less than 3 years post-Ph.D experience.
Assistant Professor (Grade-I): Minimum 3 years post-Ph.D teaching/research/industry experience.
Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years at Assistant Professor Level-12.
Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years at Associate Professor level.
Note: Experience/age/qualification considered up to closing date 31.12.2025. Age relaxation applicable as per norms.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
As per 7th CPC Pay Structure:
Assistant Professor Grade-II: Pay Level 10 – ₹70,900/- minimum basic payAssistant Professor Grade-I: Pay Level 12 – ₹1,01,500/- minimum basic pay
Associate Professor: Pay Level 13A2 – ₹1,39,600/- minimum basic pay
Professor: Pay Level 14A – ₹1,59,100/- minimum basic pay
Additional allowances: DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, NPS contribution, Research grants, PDA, medical facilities, campus accommodation, relocation allowance, etc., as per institute norms.
