🎯 Project Details
- Project Title: “Multi-Model-Geodetic Approach Investigating Coastal Land Subsidence Effects to Sea Level Rise [MGICLS]”
- Sponsoring Agency: NISAR-UP Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) Program
- Duration: Initially for 7 months with provision for extension of additional months, subject to performance, and notice period of 1 month by either side
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Ph.D. awarded in any of the following disciplines: Microwave Remote Sensing, Applied Geoscience, Geophysics, Geodesy, Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.
Desired qualification: Experience in handling InSAR processing software such as GMTSAR, ISCE, and MintPy; strong knowledge of InSAR algorithms, geophysical modeling, coastal geomorphology, land subsidence, and coastal processes; proficiency in ArcGIS/QGIS, Python, MATLAB, or other scientific programming languages. A good publication record in peer reviewed journals using SAR data analysis for coastal studies or geophysical modeling for Earth Observation is desirable.

Rs 61,000/- per month + HRA as per institute norms
