- Research project: “Electronic Structure Investigation of Two Dimensional Materials using Angle Resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy and Theoretical Approaches” (ANRF/ARG/2025/002763/PS). Document number: ANRF/PHY/2026-2027/11.
- Duration: 1 year
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
• Ph.D. degree working in the relevant domain of the project or Ph.D. thesis submitted, working in the field of proposed research, having quality research publications. • Candidates should possess a strong research track record, including first-author publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals, in the proposed research area, with expertise in investigating the electronic structure of quantum materials using photoemission spectroscopy. The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in the design, alignment, operation, and data analysis of angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy experiments, as well as experience in first-principles electronic structure calculations, computational materials modelling, and the theoretical interpretation of experimental spectroscopic data. • M.Sc. or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA ≥ 7 • Maximum age is 35 years for general candidates at the time of application (to be relaxed by 5 years for SC and ST candidates and persons with physical disability).

Rs. 58000 /- per month + HRA (20%)
