Located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, ICFRE is dedicated to conducting research and education in forestry to promote sustainable forest management and conservation.

  • Project Title – “TRANSMIT (Transboundary approaches to sustainable forest management for enhancing climate resilience and reducing disaster risk in the Himalayas) Project

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

The essential qualification required is a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering. The upper age limit is 30 years as of 31 July 2026, with a relaxation of up to 5 years for candidates belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, women, physically handicapped, and OBC.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

The monthly remuneration for the position is ₹22,000.

📝 HOW TO APPLY

Eligible candidates are advised to bring a duly filled application (as per the prescribed format), a passport-sized photograph, self-attested photocopies of educational certificates, and experience certificates along with original copies of the certificates for appearing in the walk-in-interview on the prescribed date, time, and place.

Hybrid (Physical and online). Those eligible candidates willing to attend the interview virtually, shall submit their duly filled in application with the self certified copies of the certificates on or before 19 August 2026 through email: rawatrs@icfre.org.  

Interested and eligible candidates are invited to submit their applications, including an updated Curriculum Vitae, copies of relevant certificates, and a passport-sized photograph, to the specified email address: rawatrs@icfre.org.

The last date for receiving applications is On or Before 19 August 2026. The walk-in-interview is scheduled for 21 August 2026, from 11:00 AM onwards.
