• Project Title – “A Mathematical Modeling Study of Breast Cancer Dynamics in Human Populations: Bridging Epidemiological Theory and Public Health Application”
• Sponsoring Agency – Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Inclusivity Research Grant (IRG) Scheme, Govt, of India.
• Duration of the Positions- 03 Years Initially, the position is for one year, likely to be extended for another two years (Co terminus with the duration of the project), subject to the candidate’s satisfactory performance each semester

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Ph.D. Degree in Mathematics from an Institute of National Importance OR Ph. D. Thesis (in Mathematics) submitted in an Institute of National Importance but Ph. D. defense should be completed at the time of the appointment. At two research papers are published in SCI/SCIE journals. The upper age limit is 35 years at the time of the appointment. 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST/Physical handicapped and women candidate.

Desirable Qualifications

 Preference may be given to candidates having research experience in mathematical/epidemiological modeling of cancer or other chronic diseases, computational analysis of disease dynamics, models to real-world public-health problems.

The candidate have research publications in mathematical biology, epidemiology, cancer modeling, or related areas, will be preferred  

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

Rs. 58,800/-per month + HRA
