🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Senior Research Fellow
Master’s degree in Vegetable Science/Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/Biotechnology with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent or a Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines as prescribed under ICAR guidelines Desirable: Experience in Vegetable Breeding, molecular breeding, biotechnology, and proficiency in computer application.
Young Professional-II
Essential: Postgraduate degree in Vegetable Science / Horticulture /Genetics & Plant Breeding / Seed Science & Technology/Biotechnology / allied disciplines of Life Sciences. Desirable: Experience on phenotyping of germplasm, screening techniques for biotic stress tolerance, molecular breeding, knowledge in computer applications, data collection & handling, and statistical analysis.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Senior Research Fellow – ₹37,000+ HRA/month for 1stand2ndyear; ₹42,000+ HRA/month for 3rdyear,as applicable under ICAR norms.
Young Professional-II – ₹42,000/-Per month (Consolidated)
