🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.
The candidate must have a First Class Postgraduate degree with M.Sc. in Physics. A strong background in Solid-State Physics, Optics, and Magnetism is desirable. Experience in thin-film/nanostructure preparation and familiarity with SEM, XRD, VSM is advantageous. Qualification in national-level exams such as NET/GATE or equivalent is preferred.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The fellowship amount is Rs. 37,000 per month plus 30% HRA for the first two years (JRF); Rs. 42,000 per month plus 30% HRA for the third year (SRF). As per DST norms, the amount may vary for non-NET/GATE candidates.
