🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
The candidate must have a B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MS in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 7.5 CGPA or 70% marks from a recognized Institute/University. GATE qualification in the relevant department is mandatory.
- Research Associate (RA-III)
Ph.D. in Engineering from the Department of Aerospace Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering from any recognized Institute/University. The candidate must be GATE qualified in either of the following departments: Department of Aerospace Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering. The candidate can apply with the provisional certificate of Ph.D. Degree also. The candidate must have at least two published journal papers in SCI/Scopus indexed Journals.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – INR 37,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Research Associate (RA-III) – INR 67,000/- per month (consolidated)
