💼 DESIGNATION / JOB POSITION

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Associate I (PA I)

🎯 Project Details

  • Name of Project – “Development of rotating packed bed reactor for carbon capture using a novel enzyme based solvent”
  • Duration of Engagement – One year (extendable up to 1 more years based on the performance)
  • Name of the sponsoring Agency – DBT

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential: M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Biotechnology with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university, as a full-time program with NET/GATE qualified. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology from a recognized university with a first-class CGPA of 7.5 (on a 10-point scale) and a valid NET/GATE score are eligible.

Desirable: Experience in enzyme production and characterization, and process modeling and simulation. Candidates without NET/GATE can also apply.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

For JRF: Rs. 37,000 + 20% HRA (NET/GATE); For PA I: Rs. 30,000 + 20% HRA (Non-NET/GATE)
