🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess an M.Tech/M.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) from a recognized institution. Applicants should have sound knowledge of smart energy systems, power electronics, embedded systems, EV charging systems, hardware interfacing, and communication protocols such as RS485, Modbus, CAN, UART, SPI, and I²C. Experience in smart metering, Energy Management Systems (EMS), renewable energy integration, EV chargers, battery management systems (BMS), and IoT-based energy monitoring and control will be considered an added advantage.
