🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential: Qualification
Postgraduate degree in Fisheries Science / Food Technology / Fish Processing / MBA / Agribusiness or related discipline from a recognized university.
(Essential Requirement 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average in Master’s degree. Application with Degree or provisional degree certificate will only be considered)
Desirable Qualification: Prior experience in start-ups incubation, entrepreneurship development, or innovation promotion projects. Knowledge of business plan preparation, proposal writing and project coordination. Familiarity with data analysis and digital tools/platforms. Good presentation and communication skills.
Nature of work:
● Provide technical and managerial support in planning and execution of entrepreneurship development programs.
● Facilitate preparation and evaluation of business plans, proposals, and financial documents of incubates
● Connections with industry experts, mentors, and funding agencies for networking and collaboration.
● Monitor project deliverables and impact assessment activities.
● Prepare project reports, knowledge materials, and maintain database.
● Support innovation and Fisheries start-up ecosystem
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The remuneration for the position of Young Professional-II is ₹35,000 per month, as per the norms of the institute.
