🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and have first-class in the preceding degrees. A minimum of three years of post-Ph.D. experience or six years of total experience after obtaining an M.Tech. degree is required. Candidates should have published at least two papers in SCI Journals outside their Ph.D. work and have one ongoing sponsored project. Additional desirable qualifications include experience in industry or R&D labs, ongoing Ph.D. supervision, and project supervision on live industrial problems.

Interested and eligible candidates are invited to submit their applications online by 12 October 2026 (11.59 PM). Additionally, a print copy of the application must be sent by post/courier to reach the institute by 21 October 2026 (5 PM). Applications should include an updated Curriculum Vitae, copies of relevant certificates, and a passport-sized photograph.

Prospective faculty applicants are required to visit the online application link available on Institute’s website and fill in the application. The system generated PDF version of the filled in application along with the applicable documents must be sent by the applicants through post/courier. Self-attested photocopies of only relevant documents issued by the competent authority / copies of the certificates should be uploaded and enclosed wherever applicable. Additionally, each page of the system generated PDF version of the filled in application should be signed by the applicant. An incomplete application form in any respect will be out rightly rejected. Application sent through email/fax will not be counted as receipt of the application form.

All documents in original and valid photo ID proof (Passport/Voter-ID/PAN Card/Aadhar Card/any Government issued ID) along with a photocopy will have to be produced at the time of Technical Presentation and Interview. In case, the candidate does not produce any ID proof mentioned above he/she will not be allowed to attend the same. However, the candidature of the applicant shall be subject to verification of testimonials at any subsequent stage.
