• Duration of appointment – One year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. 

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. or equivalent in an appropriate discipline. OR B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience. The percentage/grade points with respect to the academic qualification will be a minimum 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

• Experience in modelling semiconductor plasma etching, reactive-ion etching, ICP-RIE, PECVD or related processes. • Familiarity with simulation platforms such as CFD-ACE+, COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS or equivalent tools. • Knowledge of fluid, kinetic, Monte Carlo, particle-in-cell or feature profile modelling. • Understanding of plasma chemistry, sheath physics, ion-energy and angular distributions, and surface-reaction kinetics. • Familiarity with machine learning, reduced-order modelling, optimization or digital-twin development would be an advantage.  

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

₹ 45,000/- to ₹ 80,000/- per month (based on the qualification)
