The university is looking for candidates with:
- Demonstrated expertise and grounded experience in Indian rural or urban settings in environment, ecology, and/or climate change.
- Reflective mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to engage with a diverse and large student body.
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is desirable for academics.
- On-the-ground experience of at least ten years and a postgraduate degree in any field for the role of a practitioner.
