🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

- An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 8+ years of work experience in leading finance functions in NGOs, or teaching in MBA programmes on accounting, managerial finance, fund management, budgeting, governance, and regulatory compliances.
- Familiarity with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and other social sector organisations.
- Prior teaching and training experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to think and communicate clearly.
