Essential: I. Doctoral degree in any branch of Horticulture. 2. Twenty years of total experience, out of which five years as a Professor/equivalent position. Desirable: 1. Evidence of contribution to research/teaching/extension education as supported by published work/innovations. Administrative experience in the rank of Professor/equivalent post/higher cadre.
Assistant Librarian – Master’s Degree in Library Science/information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever a grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic records with knowledge of computerization of library. Desirable: I. Experience in library/ Documentation work. 2. Evidence of contribution to Library/Documentation work as supported by published work/ innovations.
Assistant Professor – Vegetable Science – Master’s Degree in Vegetable Science/ Horticulture (in the discipline of Vegetable Science as evidence by course and research work) with at least 55% marks (or its equivalent grade 6.50 in 10.00 scale) with a good academic record*
