🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
B.Sc. B.Ed / B.A. B.Ed. – PG in the concerned or relevant subject with 55% marks, B.Ed./M.Ed. with 55 % marks & NET/SLET/PhD in Education or concerned subject
Pedagogy of Physical Sciences – PG in Physics/Chemistry/Physical Science or a relevant discipline with 55% marks or equivalent grade; B.Ed./M.Ed. with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade; & NET/S LET/SET in Education or the relevant subject, or Ph.D. in Education or concerned subject.
Pedagogy of Khasi – PG in Khasi with 55% marks or equivalent grade; B.Ed/M.Ed..with 55% marks or equivalent grade; & NET/SLET/SET in Education or the relevant subject, or Ph.D. in Education or concerned subject
Art Education – PG in Performing or Visual Arts with 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Educational Studies – PG in Education (M.Ed.) with 55% Marks & NET/SLET/PhD in Education /relevant subjects
Desirable:(i) PG in Psychology/Philosophy/ Sociology/ their allied subjects

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The remuneration will be at the rate of Rs. 1500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/- per month (conditions apply). The posts are purely for the defined short duration and are of the nature of Guest Faculty. No others emoluments, allowances, Medical reimbursement arc admissible. No vacation salary is payable. Guest/Part time faculty will not be given the benefit of pension, gratuity etc.

📝 HOW TO APPLY

2. The selection for the Guest Faculty shall be made by the University purely on temporary basis. The term of the appointment will be for the current semester only or till the regular faculty joins the department whichever is the earlier. University reserves the right to take the services of Guest faculty purely based on requirement and selection does not indicate the allotment of classes to any extent.
3. The date and time of the Interview will be notified by the concerned Department.
4. No application will be entertained after the last date and time mentioned.
5. The eligibility criteria of the candidates and other terms and conditions shall be as per UGC Regulations 2018/ MCTE latest regulations as the case may be, and their subsequent notification/Guidelines, if any.
6. Mere fulfillment of essential qualifications will not entitle a candidate to be called for an interview. The University reserves its right to shortlist the total number of candidates to be called for an Interview.
7. No TA/DA shall be paid for to the candidates for attending the Interview offline.
8. For all candidates interviews shall be conducted on blended mode. \
