Ambedkar University Delhi (Ambedkar University Delhi or AUD) is a public University with a multi campus, unitary structure with research, postgraduate and undergraduate programmes in the social sciences and the humanities. Ambedkar University Delhi was established by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi through an Act of Legislature in 2007 and was notified in July 2008. Mandated to focus on research and teaching in the social sciences and humanities and guided by Dr Ambedkar’s vision of bridging equality and social justice with excellence, AUD considers it to be its mission to create sustainable and effective linkages between access to and success in higher education. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates suitable for empanelment for Faculty at the position of Assistant Professor purely on contractual basis in Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Delhi. The panel will be valid for one year, however, validity of panel may be extended till completion of ongoing Semester, if required. At present there is requirement of 08 candidates (tentatively, which may increase and decrease as per requirement) to engage them at the position of Assistant Professor purely on contract basis @ one in each specialization mentioned in below table, in School of Business Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship (SBPPSE), Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi. The term of engagement on contract basis will be for one or more semester(s) which is extendable if required.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ PGDM/CA/ICWA/M/Com with First Class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Master’s degree.
AICTE
If number of applications are more than the expiated numbers, desirable qualifications will be given preference to shortlist the candidates.
(i) Ph D. in the relevant subject/ discipline.
(ii) Two year of teaching experience in the University/ College/ Higher Education Institution.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The candidates appointed on contract basis will be paid fixed emoluments not less than the monthly gross salary of regularly appointed Assistant Professor as per AUD/ GNCTD/ UGC norms.
If the services of any candidate is not found satisfactory, his/ her services may be terminated forthwith without assigning any reason to him/ her.
