Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM) in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh is an autonomous institute set by Government of India, MHRD (Presently Ministry of Education, Govt. of India) in 1997. It is an effort by MHRD (Presently Ministry of Education, Govt. of India) towards creating professionals in areas of management and information technology from the same institute. This institute was created for facilitating higher education, research, and consultancy in areas of information technology (IT) and business management. Initially started as IIITM, this institute was prefixed with ABV in 2002 to honour the then Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee.

The Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness at ABV-IIITM Gwalior invites applications for the position of Guest Faculty. We are seeking highly qualified and dedicated individuals with a passion for teaching and research in the field of Psychology.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
The details of the required qualifications & experience along with other relevant information are available on the Institute Website
a) Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Postgraduate degree in Psychology with First Class standing from Class 10 onwards.
o If the University/Institution does not specify First Class in the degrees, candidates must have passed with at least 6.5 CGPA/CPI (on a 10-point scale) or 60% marks in aggregate.
o Conversion from CGPA/CPI to percentage or vice versa, as provided by the individual Institute/University, will be considered/allowed for determining eligibility.
b) Additional Qualifications:
o NET JRF in Psychology is mandatory.
o Minimum of 2 SCI research publications.
o Preference will be given to candidates who have submitted their PhD theses to CFTIs.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Remuneration: ₹60,000 per month (consolidated).
