🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Dean-Academics
Key Responsibilities:
☛ Oversee the academic functions of the university, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and research.
☛ Develop and implement academic policies and strategies in line with the university’s goals.
☛ Foster a culture of continuous improvement in academic programs and curriculum development.
☛ Lead and mentor faculty members, promoting professional development and academic growth.
☛ Collaborate with various departments to enhance interdisciplinary research and educational initiatives.
☛ Ensure compliance with academic regulations and standards.
Minimum Qualification:
☛ A Ph.D. with a distinguished academic record.
☛ Minimum of 7 years of experience in academic leadership or administration.
☛ Proven track record of academic and research excellence.
☛ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
☛ Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
Registrar
Role Description
☛ Oversee registration process, academic schedules & calendars, and maintain student records, frame academic schedules and calendars
☛ Coordination with departments, regulatory bodies, accrediting agencies etc.
☛ Implementation of strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications Any Master’s degree with at least 55% of the Marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale
Minimum Experience
☛ At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor or 8 years as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration
Or
☛ 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Administrative Officer
Key Responsibility
☛ Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the university.
☛ Implement and oversee institutional policies and procedures.
☛ Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
☛ Maintain records, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with university standards.
☛ Assist in planning and organizing university events and activities.
☛ Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required.
Minimum Qualifications
☛ Master’s degree in any discipline.
☛ Retired defence personnel preferred.
☛ Strong organizational and administrative skills.
☛ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
☛ Proven track record of integrity, discipline, and leadership.
Designation Hostel Warden (Male) Boys’ Hostel
Responsibilities:
☛ Maintenance of discipline in the Hostel.
☛ Implementation of rule and regulations formulated for Hostel.
☛ The Selected candidate will have to stay inside the University premises.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
