🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with at least 2 research publications in Scopus / Web of Science indexed journals.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. with 5–8 years teaching experience (5 years as Assistant Professor) and at least 5 publications.
• Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 10 years teaching experience (5 years as Associate Professor).
