Eligibility Criteria for Director (As per AICTE norms)

• Ph.D. Degree and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the

relevant branch.

• At least two successful Ph.D. guided as supervisor / Co-Supervisor and minimum 8

research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.

•   Minimum 15 years of experience in leaching / research / Industry, oul of which a) least

three years shall be at the posi equivalent to that of Professor.

 NBA Coordinator

• Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NBA-related accreditation activities.

• Sound knowledge of NBA accreditation framework. OBI- implementation, and quality

assurance practices.

• Excellent documentation, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and report preparation.

 NAAC Coordinator

• Master’s Degree in any discipline of Engineering. Ph.D. preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NAAC accreditation, IQAC functioning, or quality

assurance activities in higher educational institutions.

• Thorough understanding of NAAC criteria, SSR preparation, AQAR submission, and

accreditation processes.

• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, data management, and report writing.

Training and Placemen! Officer

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Training & Placement. Corporate Relations.

Recruitment, Business Development, or Industry Engagement.

• Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

• Proven track record of organizing campus placements and recruiter engagement.
