🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record throughout. Candidates should have a strong record of independent research and teaching experience.

Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years of teaching/research/industrial experience, with at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor.

Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience, with at least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

As per the 7th CPC, the pay level for Associate Professor is 13A2 with a minimum basic pay of ₹1,39,600, and for Professor, it is 14A with a minimum basic pay of ₹1,59,100. Additional allowances include D.A., H.R.A, and Transport Allowance.
