🎯 Project Details
- Project entitled – “Development of an AI-based robotic precision transplanter for onion crop” funded by DST, Ministry of Science and Technology, GOI. The appointment is purely on temporary basis initially for a period of one year
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

For the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position, candidates must have an M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with NET (ICAR/UGC/CSIR) or GATE qualification. Desirable expertise includes agro-machine fabrication, CAD Design, IoT, and AI applications.
For the Scientific Administrative Assistance/Field Worker position, candidates must have completed 12th grade or ITI. Desirable experience includes fabrication work in workshops and fieldwork related to onion crop experiments.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
As Per Norms
The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will receive a monthly emolument of Rs 37,000/- plus HRA at 30%. The Scientific Administrative Assistance/Field Worker will receive Rs 18,000/- plus HRA at 30%.
