Principal: M.Sc. (Nursing) with a minimum of 15 years of total experience, including 12 years of teaching experience, out of which at least 5 years must be in a collegiate nursing programme.

Vice-Principal: M.Sc. (Nursing) with a minimum of 12 years of total experience, including 10 years of teaching experience, out of which at least 5 years must be in a collegiate nursing programme.

Professor: M.Sc. (Nursing) with a minimum of 10 years of total experience, including 7 years of teaching experience.

Associate Professor: M.Sc. (Nursing) with a minimum of 8 years of total experience, including 5 years of teaching experience.

Assistant Professor: M.Sc. (Nursing) with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.

Tutor: M.Sc. (Nursing) OR B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with 1 year of experience.
