• Research Area of the Project and Title of the Project –  Digital Forensics / Cyber Security / Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning “Next Generation Data Carving and Preservation Techniques for Storage Drive Forensics” 
•  Sponsoring Agency – The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India 
•  Duration of the Positions – The position is initially up to 31st December 2026, with the possibility of extension till 31st March 2027 from the date of joining, subject to the candidate’s satisfactory performance. 

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Application, or Computer Science. Alternatively, candidates with 3 years of research, teaching, and development experience after M.E./M.Tech. in the relevant fields with at least one research paper published in an SCI or SCIE journal are eligible. Candidates with expertise in Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Python Programming are preferred.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 61,000/- per month plus HRA.
