Qualifications (as prescribed by the Syndicate) (i) B.Tech in Marine/Mechanical Engineering/ Naval Architecture / Extra First Class certificate of Competency (MOT) (ii) 15 years of relevant experience out of which at least 2 years in the position of Chief Engineer
OR
5 years experience as Reader in Marine Engineering
Desirable: Ph.D / M.Tech in Marine Engineering

Application Fee – 7950/- for General candidates and 7195/- for SC/ST candidates. Late and defective applications will be summarily rejected.
Mode of Remittance -The fee shall be remitted through online payment via Net Banking or Debit Cards. Payments by Cheque or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
