• Junior Research Assistant (JRA) (on contract)

🎯Project Details

• Project titled – “A Unified In-Memory Computing (IMC) Radiation-Hardened Dual-Port Memory Architecture” in reference to the sanction order no. CST/E&T/D-979 dated 05/08/2026, by Council of Science and Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh
• Funded by – CSTUP 
• Project Duration: Three (03) years or date of completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Eligibility Criteria for selection in JRA:

• Only Indian citizens who are residents of Uttar Pradesh are eligible.
• B.E./B.Tech., M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or allied areas with first class in graduate and post-graduate examinations.
• Upper age limit of 28 years as on 1st April 2026.
• Desirable skills include knowledge of CMOS VLSI Design.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

Fellowship: Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed). No HRA will be admissible.
