- Project entitled – “Unlocking Critical Metals from Deccan Laterites: Geochemical Controls and Sustainable Recovery of Ni–Co–Sc–REE in Eastern Madhya Pradesh” Project No. SNTMOM/1750/2026. The post is purely temporary basis.
- Sponsored by – Ministry of Mines
- Duration – 1 year or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Geology/Applied Geology with a minimum of 55% marks. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of trace element and rare earth element (REE) geochemistry, experience in interpretation of XRF, ICP-MS, and geochemical datasets, basic understanding of critical mineral exploration (Ni, Co, Sc, and REEs), and basic knowledge of extractive metallurgy. Experience in geological fieldwork, sampling, and laboratory analyses is also preferred.

Rs. 20,000 per month (consolidated)
