K L University consists of 11 academic departments and six schools, with emphasis on scientific and technological research.[1] Established in 1985, the college is located on a 100-acre (40 ha) site adjacent to Buckingham Canal, and is about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) from Vijayawada in Krishna District and 20 km from Guntur City. Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.or M.Tech/M.E. in Civil
We are looking for a reliable General Manager – Construction to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
Roles &Responsibilities:
☛ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
☛ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
☛ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
☛ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
☛ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
☛ Meet contractual conditions of performance
☛ Review the work progress on daily basis
☛ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
☛ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

☛ Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

☛ Familiarity with construction management software packages
☛ Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
☛ Competent in conflict and crisis management
☛ Leadership and human resources management skills

General Manager – Purchases
Department: Purchases
Experience: 15+ yrs.
Qualification: Any Masters
☛ Material planning, procurement, warehousing and distribution; vendor development; material substitution; compliance to regulatory aspects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
☛ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
☛ Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Customer Service, Documentation Skills, Supply Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Cost Accounting, Control Engineering.
☛ Maintain the requirement and supply of material.
☛ We are in need of a smart & dynamic persona as Purchase Manager responsible for keeping records of vendors, comparative analysis, process PR, negotiating, pricing, taxation, warehousing, distribution to multiple centers etc.
☛ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
☛ Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.
☛ Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the production and ensure no line stoppages.

Qualification: Person should be M.Com, MBA or CA. Having experience of Operational and Financial Controls.
☛ Looking for a senior position who is responsible for processing the financial activities of an organization to maximize a company’s profits and plan for its growth.
☛ The role includes analysing data and advising top executives on ways to use that information to make strategic decisions about the organization’s future.
☛ The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with 12-15 years of managerial accounting and financial management experience in a rapidly growing organization.
☛ The job Profile comprises of managing Financial & Accounting activities, Team management and leadership. The candidate shall handle whole work of assessment of working capital limit, applying for new limits and coordinating and complying with Banks to get it sanctioned. Client Billing, Internal audit of Financing, etc.
