🏫 ABOUT INSTITUTION
Academy of Technology is a highly acclaimed AICTE approved self-financed engineering college affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. Tech degrees in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science & Business Systems, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Department of Computer Science and Engineering:
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Academy of Technology began its journey in 2003 and at present has around 900 students. The aim of the department is to nurture well-grounded and committed professionals capable of innovating solutions to contemporary engineering challenges in computer science and allied fields. It has wellequipped laboratories, experienced faculty members, and industry collaborations to provide students with the best learning environment and opportunities. Besides the university prescribed curriculum, students are imparted job-oriented trainings and exposed to industry-relevant projects. The department has Students’ Chapters of IEEE, IEEE Computer Society and IEI and encourages students to make the most of a vibrant campus life. Its graduates are employed in top corporates like TCS, CTS, Infosys etc.
About IEEE Communication Society:
IEEE Communications Society (Geo code CH10300) was formed on 13th October, 2003. It has been actively engaged in creating forums for technical exchanges among professionals in academia, industry, and public institutions throughout the years. IEEE comsoc Kolkata chapter is a very vibrant community with a healthy mix of students, academicians and industry folks, inspiring the community through highlycited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.

The recent years have witnessed a surge of interest related to ML/DL and IoT. To support the scientific communities working at the ML/DL and IoT crossroads, it is necessary to explore the unresolved concerns, challenges, and opportunities
🌟 OBJECTIVE
The scheduled event aims to inspire research scholars and faculty members to engage in their research endeavors and create sophisticated IoT solutions while using AI and ML in many domains. The primary goals of this event are as follows:
● The objective is to encourage the exchange of knowledge and ideas between the study of ML and DL techniques and their application in the IoT.
● The aim is to identify and address the research gaps related to the problems and challenges that arise when integrating ML, DL, and IoT.
● To explore several prospective research avenues for the application of ML and DL in diverse industries.
