🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

For KCLAS (Political Science & Psychology):

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline OR Master’s degree with NET/SET qualification.
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience in higher education.
• Strong academic and research profile with indexed journal publications.
• Experience in student mentoring, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary engagement is preferred.
• Candidates from reputed institutions will be given preference.

For KCT (ECE & EEE):

• M.E. / M.Tech & Ph.D. in relevant field.
• 0–10 years of teaching/research experience.
• Preference for candidates from NAAC A++ / NIRF Top 100 institutions.
• Strong interdisciplinary research interest and industry collaboration exposure.
