🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Essential: YP-II (IT):- Graduates with at least 60% marks in Computer Application/Information Technology/Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence/Operating Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Graphics with one-year experience in the relevant field.

OR

Masters in Computer Application/Information Technology/Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence/Operating Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Graphics.

Desirable: Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer hardware, networking, operating systems and software troubleshooting; experience in database management, data handling, data analysis and digital record management; knowledge of web technologies, website/content management and basic programming/scripting; experience with University ERP/MIS, student information systems, admission/examination portals or similar academic IT applications; and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, basic cyber security and data backup practices. _

📝 HOW TO APPLY

1. The engagement is on purely temporary basis for a period of one year extendable for two more years (01 year at a time), subject to requirement of the organization and on the basis of satisfactory performance.

2. Age limit: The minimum age for Young Professional will be 21 years and maximum 45 years with relaxation as per rules.

3. The YPs in ICAR are eligible for 08 days casual leave in a calendar year on pro-rata basis and 02 restricted holidays as per the rules of Govt, of India/ICAR. The un-availed leaves will not be carried forward to next calendar year. In addition to this, YPs may also be allowed compensatory leave in lieu of the duty assigned on holidays but not more than 02 leaves can accrue in a month.

4. Young Professionals will be entitled to other facilities like transport/ canteen/ library/ dispensary as available in ICAR-IARI, New Delhi.

5. Candidates whose near/distant relative(s) is/are employee of the ICAR-IARI, has to declare it and communicate this to the office as per format given below.

6. Canvassing in any form would lead to disqualification of the candidate.

7. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the interview.
